These Terms and Conditions govern your use of zerodarkusa.com and the quote request, job application, and appointment services provided by Zero Dark LLC ("Zero Dark," "we," "us"). By submitting a form, booking an appointment, or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Submitting a quote request form is a request for information, not a confirmed booking or a binding agreement. Quotes are estimates based on the vehicle and service information you provide and are subject to in-person or phone confirmation. Final pricing depends on the condition of the vehicle, film or material selected, and the scope of work agreed upon before service.
Appointments are scheduled by appointment only. When you book an appointment, you agree to arrive at the scheduled date and time or to notify us in advance to reschedule or cancel. We may contact you by phone, text, or email regarding your appointment, including confirmation, reminders, reschedule, and cancellation notices.
By checking the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Zero Dark LLC about your quote request and scheduled appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. For details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
Window tint, vinyl wrap, tactical interior, chrome delete, and commercial film services are performed with professional-grade materials and workmanship. Extended warranty options are available for qualifying installations; specific warranty terms are provided in writing at the time of service and govern in place of any general statement on this site. Warranty coverage excludes damage from misuse, accidents, improper cleaning, or unauthorized modification.
You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle and contact information, removing personal belongings from your vehicle before service (unless otherwise arranged), and disclosing any pre-existing damage, aftermarket modifications, or defects in the surfaces to be treated. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions that were not disclosed or could not reasonably be identified during inspection.
Information submitted through our job application page is used solely to evaluate candidacy for employment with Zero Dark LLC. Submission of an application does not create an offer of employment.
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Zero Dark LLC and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zero Dark LLC's liability arising from services or use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
